Independent informational guide — This content is based on information publicly available through Shein’s Free Trial Help Center. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Shein. Participation is subject to eligibility requirements, available products, and selection criteria. Applying does not guarantee approval or receipt of any product. Always check the latest official terms before participating.
Knowing how each part of the process works can make navigating the Free Trial Center simpler, particularly for users trying the program for the first time.
The steps below show how to access available items, submit applications, monitor their status, and understand what may be required if you are selected and receive a product. Following every step correctly does not guarantee approval.

1 Find the Free Trial Center
Log in to your Shein account. In the mobile app, open your profile → Other Services (or More Services) → Free Trial Center. On the website, the Free Trial section may be available through community features or other service-related areas.
After entering the Free Trial Center, you can explore the products currently open for applications. Available items may change regularly, so the selection you see today may be different when you visit again.

2 Choose products and submit your applications
The Free Trial Center generally provides up to 3 application opportunities per week. Applications that are not used during the current week typically do not roll over into the next one.
When you find an eligible item you are interested in reviewing:
* Click or tap Free Trial for the selected product
* Pick the appropriate size when necessary
* Make sure your shipping address belongs to the same country as the Shein regional site you are accessing
* Check the information carefully and select Submit
Important: Your delivery-address country should match the regional version of Shein being used. If the countries do not correspond, your application may not be processed as expected.

3 Monitor the status of your applications
It may take approximately one week for an application result to become available. You can use My Free Trial or My Applications to track the status of submitted requests.
* Approved — your application has been selected. An eligible $0 order may then be generated and prepared for delivery.
* Failed — the application was not selected for that specific item. You may still be able to apply for other eligible products in the future.

4 Test the item and submit your feedback
Participants who are selected and receive a product can test it through normal use and assess characteristics such as quality, appearance, fit, fabric, comfort, construction, and overall experience.
Once the item has been evaluated, participants can provide an honest and detailed report through their account, ideally within 10 days of receiving the product. Submitted review activity may be tracked under My Report.
A useful product evaluation may contain:
* Detailed positive and negative observations based on real use
* Clear photographs showing the complete product and important details
* Feedback about sizing, fabric, comfort, quality, construction, and overall performance

Points information: An approved report may award approximately 20 points, while an eligible Quality Report may provide around 100 additional points.
When a first report is rejected, the program may offer one more opportunity to make corrections and submit the report again.

Free Trial FAQs
Is shipping usually included?
For eligible Free Trial products, delivery is generally covered. However, customs duties, taxes, or import-related charges may vary depending on your location.
How many applications can I submit each week?
The Free Trial Center generally provides up to three applications per week. Any opportunities you do not use are typically not transferred to the following week.
Can selected participants keep the products they receive?
Under the standard Free Trial process, selected participants can generally keep qualifying products after completing the required evaluation in accordance with the applicable program terms.
How long does it usually take to receive an application result?
An application may remain under review for approximately one week. You can monitor its progress through My Free Trial or My Applications.
Can I resubmit a product evaluation?
If the first report is not approved, the program may allow one additional submission after the requested changes have been completed.
Do I need a large social media audience to participate?
Having a large number of followers is not generally listed as a standard requirement. Eligibility and the ability to provide genuine, useful product feedback are more relevant factors.
In simple terms, the Free Trial process works like this: access the program → browse products currently accepting applications → submit requests within the weekly limit → track each application → if selected, receive and test the item → complete the required evaluation.
Taking a moment to verify your account, shipping details, product selection, and application information can make the overall process easier to understand and follow.
